Grantmaker Pricing
There is no charge for grantmakers to set up an account on our Web site.
There are also no setup, installation, training, maintenance, support or per user fees.
You will pay a monthly asset-based subscription fee after you start
accepting LOIs and applications for consideration. The fee depends on your organizations assets or corpus under
management. To find out exactly how much this will cost,
use the price calculator to the right. If your organization is a community or corporate foundation and
does not have any assets under management
please contact us for pricing information.
You will only be charged the monthly subscription fee after you choose
to start receiving LOIs and applications from grantseekers. Even after you start receiving LOIs and applications, your first month's subscription is free.
Grantseekers and grantmakers do not pay any per LOI fee. Grantseekers are normally charged a per application fee. If you would prefer, you can pay the grantseekers per application fee
by issuing a waiver. You can issue waivers to specific grantseekers that apply to your organization, or to all grantseekers that
apply to your organization. Issuing waivers is completely under your control and at your discretion. If you choose not to issue waivers,
your only cost to use our grant management solution is the subscription fee. If you issue waivers, your cost
will be a combination of the subscription fee and any waiver fees.

Waivers
Grantseekers and grantmakers are not charged for LOIs. Grantseekers are normally charged a per application fee ranging from $15 to $11 for each application.
Grantmakers can choose to pay the grantseekers per application fee (for applications submitted to that
grantmaker) by issuing a waiver. The waiver is discounted from the grantseekers normal per application
fee. General waivers are for all grantseekers,
specific waivers are for one specific grantseeker. The grantmaker may specify an expiration date
and number of times used limit for each waiver.
The grantseeker may use the waiver to pay for an application submitted to the grantmaker. The waiver is only
charged to the grantmaker when the application has been successfully submitted to the grantmaker.
The waiver fee is discounted from the normal per application fee charged to the grantseeker.
