Central Missouri Foster Care and Adoption Association (CMFCAA) was founded in October 2007 by a former foster youth, foster parents and adoptive parents. Our agency is the only resource available in central Missouri that provides support to foster and adoptive families. We work closely with the Missouri Division of Children’s Services to offer programs and services that fill the gap between what the state provides and what is already available in the community. Our mission is to educate, support and advocate for foster and adoptive children, youth, and families in central Missouri by offering services and partnering with community and governmental agencies to better meet their needs.
