We rescue and rehabilitate horses and use them in our therapeutic riding program for disabled youth and adults.
- History:
We started the center on 2/28/07 in Sacramento, CA. We moved to Cottonwood, CA. in November 2007. We have 19 acres of fenced land, 16 acres of the land is pasture land, an outdoor arena, and a 12 X 12 homemade tack room with donated tack. We have 12 horses (3 of them are stud colts) currently. We rescue horses and use them in our therapy program or place them in new homes if they cannot be used in our program. Our therapy sessions last between 45 and an hour and cost $20.00 per session (average). We have two trainers that have several years of experience each.
