  • The mission of CASA of Oregon is to develop housing, programs, and facilities
    that improve the quality of life and self-sufficiency of farmworkers and other
    low-income populations.

  • The Community And Shelter Assistance Corporation (“CASA”) was
    established in 1988, in response to the housing needs of Oregon farmworkers and their families.
    Since its inception, CASA has worked primarily through local community organizations and
    housing sponsors to develop housing and to assist in improving the overall quality of life for
    farmworkers and other low-income populations. A statewide organization, CASA is organized as
    a private non-profit community development corporation and has charitable tax exempt status
    under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code.

    Individual Development Account programs, collaborating with Community Development
