  • To empower, encourage and educate youth to make and keep healthy lifestyle choices. Our goal is to equip youth with the knowledge and skills to make decisions and practice behaviors that enhance health and wellness.

  • The programs of Alliance for Healthy Youth began in 1987 with the creation of the Concerned About Teen Success (C.A.T.S.) program by agency director, Cheryl Biddle. At the prompting of the high school students, middle school students were included in programming in 1992 through the Responsible Social Valuer Program (RSVP). Alliance for Healthy Youth was incorporated in Feb. 1994 and is a 501-c-3 organizaiton.
