ACT on Drugs prepares youth to become confident decision makers and responsible citizens, and strengthens efforts to support a safe, healthy, drug-free community.

  • ACT on Drugs, Inc, is a non-profit organization created to educate parents, teens, and professionals about addictive and psychoactive substances, both legal and illegal, which are available in their community. Over the past twelve years, Lynn Riemer, who is the President of ACT on Drugs, Inc., has become an accomplished speaker, trainer and advocate on issues relating to substance abuse. With her in depth chemistry knowledge of drugs, prior experience on the North Metro Drug Task Force, and her engaging style, she brings a real, personal, and vivid face to the issues presented by illicit drug use.
    Ms. Riemer’s training team also includes people who have recovered from drug abuse, found ways to address the problem, and became constructive members of society.

  • Over the past four and a half years, ACT on Drugs has successfully trained over 54,000 students, parents, school staff and administration, first responders, realtors, teachers, medical personnel, governmental employees, law enforcement, CASA volunteers, coalitions, and community members on the hazards of all types of drugs. In total, ACT on Drugs has completed:
    • 1327 total trainings
    • 34% of those were donated by ACT on Drugs (425)
    • 1107 school trainings for Elementary, Middle School, High School, College, Lockup, and Teen Drug Courts
