  • Mission:
  • Our mission is to create opportunities for children and young adults to express themselves and their artistic visions through photography and graphic design.

Today, our youth are faced with so many challenging decisions concerning peer influence, whether they are positive or negative; many adolescents are found toggling between the two persuasions. Before critical decisions are made; All-In-Vision stands with open arms to any young person(s) in need of assistance concerning life long direction and skills

  • History:
  • “It all started when I (Janean Allen) graduated from Central Michigan University in 2001-like my peers, I moved forward into a career in corporate America. It was in 2002-(while sitting on my car)-I had an epiphany, I wanted to give back to the community and with that though in mind, I decided it would be cool to design a fun program for kids. Not knowing the extensive job I was getting myself into, I began researching how to make this idea happen…”
On November 19, 2004, AIV was granted 501c3 non-profit status; and immediately following launched the Sea Change Initiative-a campaign implemented to assist in the aide of victims from the 2005 Tsunami in Sri Lanka. Composed of high school students from Detroit’s Murray Wright high school, the Sea Change Initiative was able to raise over one thousand dollars in donations. Moving forward, in 2006, AIV researched how to implement photo-documentary projects in elementary and middle schools across southeastern Michigan. In 2007; on the north end of Detroit at Dixon school; AIV featured its first after school Altruism and Arts program. To date, AIV has continued with success in the spirit of Altruism and Arts motivating youth to remain positive and focus on scholastics; always learning and always giving are paramount ideologies in our purpose.
