As we've mentioned before, we've been working on some significant changes to our system.
Our platform launched a long time ago, and over the years it's evolved through three distinct phases, each with its own architecture, code, and look. That layered history has made it harder for us to introduce new features as quickly and smoothly as we'd like.
About 8 months ago, we began a complete rewrite: new architecture, new codebase, new design framework. Right now, none of this is visible to you. It's all happening in our development environment. When we do release it, things won't look dramatically different at first, beyond a cleaner, more modern interface. But the improvements underneath will let us build and deliver new features far more easily going forward.
We've also heard your questions about our plans for AI. We agree there's real value in bringing AI capabilities into the platform, particularly for filtering, reporting, evaluating, and visualizing your data.
