Announced some new features including an AI powered chatbot for support, grant templates and a couple of white papers covering using AI to process exported custom reports, Web accessibility standards and a presentation about our experience as a grantmaker.
Survey Results & Rediscover Existing Features - February 2026
Reviewed results from a followup customer survey showing that the detailed new features grantmakers most would like to see fell into the following areas: review and evaluation management, customer relationship management, and workflow management. The newsletter also reviewed some additional existing features including the previous applications tab, reopening closed applications and hiding programs.
Inside CGA - Old Favorites, Fresh Updates & What's Next - November 2025
Reviewed some customer survey results asking about which future improvements grantmakers would like to see. The results grouped themselves into 3 clusters. The newsletter also provided some refreshers on existing features including approval and rejection queuing, grant agreement and report managements, and inline document preview.What's New on CGA - Feature Improvements and More - September 2025
Provided an overview of some new features and improvements to our system, including: Bill.com support, report reminder improvements, enhanced email tracking, program list display management, evaluator group management and others.
