Previous Applications Tab
If an applicant has applied more than once using the same account, a Previous Applications tab will appear on the left-hand side of the application. This tab displays all prior submissions, along with key details and links to each application.
Did you know you can reopen any application?
When you approve an application, it moves from the “Review” state to the “Approved” state. If you need to move an approved application back to the Review state, use the “Reopen Application” feature. You’ll find this option in the Actions dropdown next to the application. This feature can also be used to move applications back from other states as needed.
Hide Program
To hide a program that is not currently open for applications, click on the program name and navigate to the Filter tab. Under “Hide Program When Grant Cycle Closed,” select “Yes.”
