AI Chatbox for Support
Introduced a Claude-powered chatbot to provide easier and quicker support. The chatbot is trained on the content from our website’s public pages, FAQs and Help. To use, simply look for the blue chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen after logging in. Click the icon to open the chat and ask your question. When you’re done, press the Escape key to close it.
Grant Agreement Template
Added grant agreement template support. You can now create and manage a library of reusable templates. When setting up a grant agreement for a web form, grantmakers can enter text manually or quickly apply a saved template. We also plan to introduce a mail merge feature to make generating agreements even more efficient. Click here for more information.
Evaluation Steps & Rules
Our evaluation process allows up to 4 evaluation steps each with their own rules and scale. You can set numerous visibility rules, calculations, and if your evaluators can abstain or not just to name a few. To see all the rules, navigate to the program - evaluations - evaluation rules tab.
