We’re happy to create helpful YouTube tutorials tailored to your applicants and reviewers. These videos can be linked directly from your users’ dashboards and shared on your organization’s website. If there’s a topic you’d like us to cover, just reach out and we’ll be happy to create a tutorial for your organization.
Reason List
The Reason List can be used when you approve, reject, or move an application. Our platform includes several built-in reasons, or you can create your own custom reasons to fit your organization’s needs. Reasons can be included in emails sent to applicants, giving them helpful context about a decision. They are also saved with the application and can be viewed on the Status Summary page for easy reference.
