Report Reminder
Updated grant report reminder feature to send emails only for reports that have not yet been submitted and removed messaging that incorrectly suggested recipients might receive reminder emails even after submitting their report. To learn more, click here.
Email Tracking
Improved email tracking with grantseekers via CGA. You can now email grantseekers directly from the system and view these messages under the “Messages” tab by selecting “Intra Organization Communication” for the filter. Emails related to specific applications are also tracked under the “Email History” tab within the application’s Built-in Pages section. Learn more about Email.
Multilingual Support
Added Spanish language support for login, registration, and application pre-submission pages specifically for Spanish-only programs.
Password
Added an eye icon to password field on the login page, allowing users to show or hide their password for easier input.
Program Listing Display
New option added to automatically hide programs when their cycle date is closed which helps keep your grant program listing page relevant. To learn more, click here.
Evaluation Links
Updated evaluation links for consistency. Now both the “list” link and the “step-by-step” link from the dashboard access the same split evaluation view.
