These grants are to support collaborative, multidisciplinary projects in applying current research to implementation. Examples of projects may include, but are not limited to, applying new research to everyday use within a community, pilot studies for real-world study, evaluation on current collaborative projects to improve project activities, or to replicate previous projects on a larger scale or new area of focus.
